Ok this jutsu is famously powerful and is made for the shaduki clan

called Sazinkan it charges up alot of lightning and chakra you start to run and you hit the opponent it causes loads of damage and there is an evolution of it called the Ultazinkan which makes it even stronger and it boosts your speed until you lose the sparks from your body as you will gain sparks and when they dissapear you lose the speed bonus
